• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Mon 20 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2020 - 14 Feb 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 1 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Option 1: Max 4 per person. Option 2: Max of 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Please note check-in is at the Ranald Hotel, 41 Stevenson Street and the apartments are located at 25 Stevenson Street.
• Standard studio self-catering apartment available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 1 child or additional adult permitted and require a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel. Cots are available upon request and guests must bring their own bedding.
• No pets permitted. 
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
