- Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Jul until Tue 30 Sep 2025, Mon - Tue 10am - 6pm, Wed 11am - 7pm, Thu 11am - 8pm, Fri 10am - 5pm, Sat 10am - 4pm; subject to availability.
- Excludes Sundays.
- Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Sep 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- Online bookings only.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
- Over 16s only.
- Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 1 person per booking.
- Treatments are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for anyone undergoing cancer treatment, clients must have been in remission for min 5 years. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
- Options 1 & 3: duration approx. 45 mins inc. consultation.
- Option 2: duration approx. 60 mins inc. consultation.
- Option 4: duration approx. 90 mins inc. consultation. This can be tailored to men upon request, with Bulldog products used instead.
- Option 1: Valid for treatment with Lou only.
- Options 2 - 4: Valid for treatment with Lou or Jane only.
- Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
- No wheelchair access available.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
- Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
