Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr until Sun 31 May 2026, 7 days 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked at least 5 days in advance and by Thu 30 Apr 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• 16+ only.
• Max of 2 per group; subject to availability. Treatments can be booked in separate rooms or a couples room.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Cancer sufferers/those in remission and those with heart conditions will require written GP consent.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 1 hour.
• Options 1 & 3: Does not include spa access.
• Options 2 & 4: Includes 30min access to the spa facilities.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
