• Voucher is valid on specific dates from Tue 23 Jun until Sun 27 Sep 2026; subject to availability. 
• Tours are available on 23 Jun & 16 Jul at 10am, 5 Jul, 2 Aug & 27 Sep at 11am, 18 Jul at 6.30pm and 18 Jul & 22 Aug at 8pm. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Aug 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Once booked vouchers are non-refundable. Dates may be changed up to 48hrs before tour; subject to availability. 
• Morning tours (10am or 11am): Suitable for all ages. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult, 18+.
• Evening tours (6.30pm or 8pm): Suitable for ages 18+. Children not permitted. 
• Tour duration approx. 1hr 15mins.
• Max of 30 people per group. 
• Includes a hot drink each.
• Includes a choice of pizza to share; menu subject to change. 
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Alcoholic drink option: Includes a 250ml glass of wine or bottle of beer each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Meeting point: 1867 Café Bar
• Limited wheelchair access available. Please contact directly for acessibility details. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
