- 3pm - Check in
- 4.30pm - Meet and greet

- 7.30pm - Relaxing yoga & meditation
Day 2 -
- 7am - Sunrise grounding
- 7.15am - Breakfast
- 8.15am - A walk up the lost valley
- 2pm - Relax & unwind (free time) - make use of the spa facilities with a sauna & cold water therapy - perfect for soothing your muscles after a glorious hike
- 4.30 - Relaxing yoga & meditation
- 6pm - Dinner
- 8pm - Lochside sunset fire ceremony
Day 3
- 7am - Sunrise yoga
- 8am - Breakfast
- 9.30am - Fire & ice - sauna & cold water therapy and lochside walk
- 11am - Check out

- 1 person option: Stay in a standard double room
- 2 person option: Stay in a standard twin room.
- 3 person option: Stay in a family room with 2 single beds and a bottom bunk bed.
- Includes breakfast each morning and 3 course dinner 2 nights. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free and dairy free options are available.
- No children permitted.
- No pets permitted.
- No wheelchair access available.
- Transport between attractions is not provided.
