• Advance booking required. Please book at least 4 days in advance of your chosen date (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Multiple purchases permitted. 
• Drinks reception is at 7pm, dinner is from 7.30pm onwards. Disco starts at 9-9.30pm.
• Please discuss any seating requests directly with hotel when booking.
• Over 18s only.
• Dress code: party wear.
• Includes an overnight stay after the event.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Friday parties: Early check-in: 1pm. Check-out: 10am.
• Saturday parties: Check-in 4pm. Late check-out: 12noon.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: king room £45, Superior £75; payable directly.
• Stay can be extended for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 3 course meal each from a set menu. Menu is subject to change.
• Vegan, vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Includes a glass of fizz before the event and a glass of wine with dinner. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• No children permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Pets not permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled. 
• Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
