• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2021 - 31 Jan 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: Master - £40; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a £25pp food and drink spend valid across all menus; subject to change. Please note spend must be used in full, no change will be given. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Max of 2 vouchers per table of 4. 2 night stay: Dinner is on the first night only.
• Max of 2 children aged 4-14 years permitted in a family room for a supplementary charge of £70 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 1 pet permitted in a standard room. Max of 2 pets permitted in a master room.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
