Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 5 Jul 2021 until Thu 30 Sep 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Stay in a superior double/twin room.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a skyline junior suite for a supplementary charge of £100 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a £30pp dinner spend on the a la carte menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Max of 2 vouchers per table. Please note voucher spend must be used in full, no change will be given. 2 night stay: Dinner is on the first night only.
• Includes £10 credit to spend on a drink from the bar menu on arrival; subject to change. Alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink.
• Option 2: Includes chocolates in the room on arrival.
• Members will receive 20% off any drinks charged to the room during their stay.
• Max of 1 child permitted when sleeping on a rollaway bed or a cot. The age of child should be stated at the time of booking, along with a request for a bed/cot. For families with more than 1 child, a second room is required, charged at the normal rate. 0-5yrs stay free of charge on a B&B basis, ages 6-11yrs required a supplement of £8.50 per child and children up to 12yrs may order lunch/dinner and benefit from a 50% discount off the menu price when dining with at least 1 full paying adult. This only applies to children staying in the hotel. Children over 12yrs are classed as young adults and would pay the normal full price for meals as taken.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
