Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sun 30 Nov 2025, Sun - Fri 12noon - 5pm, Sat 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Nov 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Telephone or email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 6 per table.
• Includes 2 courses from the starter, home comforts and desserts sections of the menu; subject to change. 
• Excludes Indian and grill sections.
• A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: classic prawn cocktail, crispy salt & chilli wings, lamb shoulder; payable directly to restaurant. 
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 2: Includes a 175ml glass of wine or pint of beer each. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
