• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Oct until Tue 30 Dec 2025, 10am - 6pm; Mon - Fri OR Sun options available at checkout; subject to availability. Excludes Sat & 25 Dec.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Dec 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16's only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding if advised at time of booking.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission as long as it has been 12 months since their last treatment.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 55 minutes with an optional 25 minute massage.
• Option 1, 3, 5 & 7:  includes choice of 55 min facial or deep tissue back, neck & shoulder massage. Full body massage not included.
• Option 2, 4, 6 & 8: includes 55 min facial and 25 min back massage. Full body massage not included.
• Includes full leisure access.
• Wheelchair access available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
