• Voucher is valid until 30 Dec 2015; subject to availability.
• Purchase option one is valid Mon - Sun in a Classic Room, excluding Nov 3,10,14,23 and Dec 5,10,12,19,28.
• Purchase option two is valid Wed - Sat in a Junior Suite, excluding Nov 6-7, 21 and Dec 5, 12, 19, 25-26.
• Voucher must be booked by 10th Nov 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted, max 4 per person and can be used for a maximum of 4 consecutive night stays, subject to availability.
• Purchase option one - Double or twin room available, members can upgrade to an Executive room for a supplementary charge of £20, a Deluxe room for £50, a Junior Suite for £150 or a Suite for £250, please discuss directly with the hotel when booking your stay.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on multiple nights, max of 4 consecutive nights, subject to availability.
• Purchase one option includes a three course meal in the Brasserie restaurant, view menu here.
• Purchase option two includes a three course a la carte dinner in Ushers fine dining restaurant, view menu here.
• Supplementary charge for steak, £5pp for sirloin and ribeye and £15pp for fillet.

• Norton House offers free wifi in all bedrooms as well as public areas.

• Families can be accommodated in an Executive room with supplementary charge of £20prpn, subject to availability at the hotel for extra bed/sofabed. Max 2 children per Executive room.
• Junior suite can accommodate 2 small children in a sofa bed.
• Children under 12 years stay free of charge when sharing with 2 adults and must pay for all meals as taken, children over 12 years are a charged at a supplement of £15.00 per child when sharing with adults.

• Christmas Day dining will be a Carvery only and a further supplement will apply; £68 per adult, £29.50 per child aged 4-12 years, children 3 and under are free of charge.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel before 12 noon the day prior to arrival.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
