Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr until Tue 30 Jun 2026, 7 days 11.30am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Leisure access is available 12noon - 5pm.
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked at least 48hrs in advance and by Tue 23 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Bookings are available 90 days in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Max of 3 vouchers / 6 people per table.
• Includes afternoon tea each; menu subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Leisure access: Includes 2 hours leisure access before or after your afternoon tea. This will be booked when booking your afternoon tea.
• Table required back after 1hr 30mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
