• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Nov 2025 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, 7 days, 12noon – 4pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £5 per voucher is required for Saturday and Sunday bookings.
• Excludes 24-26, 30-31 Dec 2025, 1-2 Jan, 13-14 Feb & 14-15 Mar 2026.
• Voucher must be booked 72hrs in advance and by Fri 27 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 6 people per table.
• Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes 2hrs leisure access.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advance booking required.
• If using the on-site car park please register your car on arrival using the digital portal at reception to obtain a temporary parking permit.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
