• Voucher is valid from Mon 8 Dec 20255 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Tour and tasting: Valid 10:30am, 1pm or 3:30pm
• Warehouse experience: Valid 11:30am or 2:30pm
• Excludes 25-26 Dec 2025 and 1-2 Jan 2026.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Options 2 & 4: Includes a pie and mash with a hot drink or soft drink each. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten/wheat free options are available; please advise at time of booking.
• Tour and tasting: Max of 12 people per session.
• Warehouse experience: Max of 20 people per session.
• Tour duration approx. 1 hour.
• The distillery is an old building with numerous stairs and therefore accessibility may be a challenge. If you have specific mobility requirements, please discuss direct when booking. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
