• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr until Tue 30 Jun 2026. Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Jun 2026.
• Prosecco option: Valid Mon - Thu at 9.30am, 10.30am, 11.15am, 12.45pm & 1.45pm. Excludes Fri - Sun.
• Seaweed bath option: Valid Mon - Thu at 9.30am & 12.45pm. Excludes Fri  - Sun.
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Over 18s only. 
• Max of 4 vouchers per group booking; subject to availability.
• Includes access to the Vitality Pool & Hydrotherapy Pool, Sauna, Saunarium, Steam Room, Tepidarium, snow room, salt room and ice fountain.
• Prosecco option: Includes a glass of Prosecco. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Includes afternoon tea; menu subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise at time of booking. 
• Prosecco option: Duration: approx. 120 minutes. 
• Seaweed bath option: Duration approx. 150 minutes (120 minutes thermal experience and 30 minutes seaweed bath).
• Prosecco option: Limited suitability during pregnancy.
• Seaweed bath option: Not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. Not suitable for those with high blood pressure.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Wheelchair access available to the space however limited accessibility to the pools.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
