- Treatments & spa access are available 8am - 8pm. Lunch is served 11.30am - 3.30pm.
- Limited Monday availability; book well in advance.
- Excludes Fri - Sun.
- Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 May 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
- Over 18s only. No under 18s permitted in spa.
- Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max group size is subject to availability; please discuss directly.
- Please discuss any health concerns or suitability during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission directly with spa. Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
- Treatment duration: approx. 50 mins inc consultation. Choice of 50min facial, 50min massage or 25min facial & 25min massage.
- Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

All staff from checkin to the therapist were polite, kind and professional. The facilities were spotless and kept topped up. Dyson appliances in the changing rooms. Fluffy towels and robes. The spa shoes are a bit clumsy, better to bring your own. Cotton buds and cotton face pads, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand/body cream all supplied (geranium fragrance). The spacious massage room had a large comfy bed, comfy blankets. The room was warm. Back supported by clever use of towels. The massage felt like a choreographed ritual. You know it’s good when you dose off. There is a male therapist on offer too if you prefer. The spa lunch was light so not heavy on the stomach. There was a bright pool with beds and a cafe style seating area surrounding. Through a door was the various jacuzzi’s/jets, sauna, steam, ice and cold plunge. Everything and everyone making the experience feel luxurious and calm. Thoroughly enjoyed our day.
