Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 2 Jan 2027 until Sun 11 Apr 2027; Sun - Thu 12noon - 9pm, Fri 12noon - 4:45pm, Sat 12noon - 12:30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 6, 13-14 Feb, 5, 7, 28 Mar 2027. 
• Online bookings only. Vouchers must be booked by Fri 2 Apr 2027 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Telephone bookings will not be accepted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24hrs of your booking.
• Max 3 vouchers / 6 people per table.
• Table may be required back after 90mins.
• Please note that an optional 10% service charge will be added to your total bill value.
• 3 courses each from a set menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes a choice of cocktail each from raspberry mule and a lemon drop; subject to change. Alcohol can be substituted for a draught soft drink.
• Children permitted and must be accompanied by adults at all times.
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
