Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 3 Jan 2026 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, 7 days, 11.30am - 2pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked 24hrs in advance and by Tue 24 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone or email bookings only. Once booked, your voucher is non-changeable and non-refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 2 vouchers /  4 people per table. 
• Set brunch menu with tea or coffee only; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. 
• Option 2: Includes a bottle of Prosecco to share. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft or hot drink.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• No children permitted. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
