• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr until Tue 30 Jun 2026, Mon & Sat 10am - 4pm, Tue 10am - 8pm, Wed & Fri 10am - 5pm, Thu 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays, 6, 11, 13, 24-25, 27 Apr, 2, 4, 18, 23, 25 May, 8, 15 & 29 Jun 2026. 
• Email / text bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 1 person per booking.
• Treatments are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for anyone undergoing cancer treatment, clients must have been in remission for min 5 years. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Eyebrow wax & tint: Duration approx. 30mins per treatment. A patch test is required 48hrs before treatment, please discuss direct. Treatment will last for approx. 2 weeks dependent on lifestyle and maintenance.
• Express lashes: Duration approx. 30mins. Treatment will last for approx. 2 weeks dependent on lifestyle and maintenance.
• Massage: Duration approx. 45mins. Choice of Indian head massage, reflexology or back, neck & shoulders massage.
• Vitamin C pamper package: Duration approx. 90mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
