- File de frango – fillet of corn-fed chicken on a bed of creamed sweetcorn and rice
- Prato Baiano – corn-fed chicken breast cooked in coconut milk, cashew nuts, and peanut, ginger and palm oil. Served with rice.
- Berinjela ao forno – Brazilian take on veggie lasagne with fried aubergines, mozzarella and parmigiana, and served with garlic bread
- Picanha na chapa – seasoned strips of rump steak pan-fried and served on a sizzle platter with a side of cassava and vinaigrette
- Vaca atolada – beef ribs with slow-cooked cassava served with rice
- Linguica sertaneja - traditional tropeiro sausages served with slow-cooked cassava.
- Linguine camarao -delicious Linguine pasta with prawn and cherry tomatoes sauce
- Misto de peixe – mix of fresh white fish, calamri and tiger prawns with chips or fresh salad
