• Voucher is valid from Fri 2 Jan 2026 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, 7 days, 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Please note there is limited availability for Sat & Sun.
• Excludes 14 Feb & 15 Mar 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 3 vouchers / 6 people per table.
• Set afternoon tea menu only; subject to change
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat or dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 2: Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
