• Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Jan 2022 until Wed 29 Jun 2022, Sun - Wed; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Thu - Sat and 14 Feb 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Jun 202 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Please note, a valid credit card will be required at time of booking. No payment will be taken.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Punk Suite with king size bed.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: Brewmaster - £15, Captain - £25; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Choice of main and fries each from main menu; subject to change. Excludes Double Patriot burger. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten, wheat and dairy free options are available. Tables will be required back after 1hr 30mins.
• Children are permitted. Travel cots are available free of charge. A supplementary charge of £25 is required for an additional person; please discuss and pay directly.
• Max of 3 dogs permitted free of charge; please advise at time of booking. Dogs can only be left unattended in room for a max of 30mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
