• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Aug until Thu 27 Nov 2025, Mon - Fri 12noon - 7pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat - Sun & 31 Oct 2025.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 20 Nov 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. For group bookings, please book each voucher separately and add a note to state you would like to be seated together or contact the venue directly.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Max of 4 people per booking. 
• Includes a hot rock flat iron steak each, served with fries, seasonal greens and Frankfurter sauce; menu subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are not available. 
• Includes a glass of haus red or white wine each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 2hrs. 
• Wheelchair access available. Please note any access requirements in 'special requests' when booking.
• Children permitted if accompanied by an adult.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
