• Voucher is valid until Fri 27 Mar 2020; subject to availability.
• Please note: you must redeem your code on-line in order to activate the click and collect in store option.
• Multiple voucher purchases are permitted - each voucher must be redeemed separately.
• Postage charged at £6.50 per item for UK delivery (signature required), Europe £15 per item and worldwide £25 per item. London same day delivery £20 per item; postage payable to Dower and Hall. For orders over £50, postage is free. Expected delivery up to 5 working days.
• If you wish to collect in store please select ‘click & collect’ when ordering: in-store collection is free and expected collection is 2-5 working days.
• The delivery times provided are approximate and do not guarantee a delivery date unless otherwise stated.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
• We hope you’re delighted with your order, however if for any reason you are not fully satisfied we’re happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
• In the event of goods being returned, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items. We will refund the voucher cost within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
• Dower and Hall cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
• Items can be exchanged at any Dower and Hall stores (not refunded) and cannot be exchanged or returned to Dower & Hall concessions or stockists.
• Bespoke and engraved items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty.
