Gin tasting experience with the perfect serve
- Explore their three core products - Original Gin, Love Gin and Golf Gin - all taking inspiration from the iconic Fife coastline
- Kick off embarking on a guided tasting flight, where you'll learn about the products and key coastal botanicals
- After the flight, your host will help you create a 'perfect serve' with your favourite gin, designed to complement and enhance its flavour profile
Share the Love Gin masterclass
- Get to know the story of their best-selling Love Gin and enjoy three cocktails while you’re at it – one of which you’ll make yourself!
- Love Gin is a delectably fruity and subtly floral pink gin which came into the Eden Mill portfolio in 2015 as a limited edition for Valentine’s Day - it ended up being loved so much that it became a permanent feature in their range!
- During the session, you’ll get to hear the story of how Love Gin came to be and the botanicals they use to create it
Ultimate cocktail masterclass
- Celebrate their three most popular gins and get hands on exploring the different botanicals and cocktail possibilities of their Love, Original and Golf gins
- Enjoy a refreshing welcome G&T and be guided through a gin tasting experience to learn to identify their key botanicals and how they make their premium spirits
- You'll then create your own Martini before enjoying a White Lady cocktail in their underground arches

- Share the Love Gin experience: Valid Wed - Sun at 11.15am, 1.30pm & 2.45pm. Excludes Mon - Tue.
- Ultimate cocktail masterclass: Valid Thu - Fri at 1.30pm and Sun at 1.15pm. Excludes Sat & Mon - Wed.
- Voucher must be booked by Fri 26 Sep 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

We all had a great time at our cocktail masterclass. Robert, who was our host was really good, very knowledgeable and accommodating, especially as one of our guests didn't like one of the cocktails and Robert provided an alternative from the rest of the group - Great customer service! Thanks
