Small print

• Voucher is valid until Fri 31 Jul 2026, Mon - Fri 12.30pm - 4.30pm, Sat - Sun 1pm - 4:30pm; subject to availability.
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Jul 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 2: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
