- Afternoon tea options: Afternoon tea is served Mon - Fri 12.30pm - 4.30pm & Sat - Sun 1pm - 4.30pm.
- A supplementary charge of £5pp is required for Fri-Sun bookings; payable directly.
- Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Fri 4 Dec 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
- Over 16s only.
- Includes 2hrs access to the leisure facilities, towels, robes and slippers.
- Treatment duration approx. 25-30 mins.
- Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
- Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 5 per group; subject to availability.
- Please discuss any health concerns or suitability during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission directly with spa.
- Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
- Afternoon tea options: Includes afternoon tea and a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. Afternoon tea can be taken before or after treatments.
