Brunch (Sat-Sun)

• Maple bagel with scrambled eggs and crispy bacon, finished with maple syrup
• Full Scottish breakfast (vegan option available)
• Eggs florentine served over wilted spinach and toasted seeded bread, drizzled with hollandaise sauce

Small plates

• Spicy chicken wings marinated in homemade tomato sauce, served with mint and yogurt sauce
• Pineapple and avocado salmon ceviche in lime juice, red onion, coriander and fresh chilli, served with sweet potato chips

Big plates

• Chef's risotto with fresh daily ingredients
• Ribeye steak with roasted potatoes, red wine jus and vegetable medley

Desserts

• Whisky and chocolate mousse tart - rich dark chocolate mousse infused with whisky, set in a crisp chocolate tart shell with a hint of sea salt
