• Voucher is valid from Mon 17 Jun 2024 until Fri 23 Aug 2024, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Term time hours: Mon 10am - 1:30pm & 3:30pm - 7pm, Tue - Wed 3:30pm - 6:30pm, Thu 10:30am - 1:30pm & 3:30pm - 6:30pm, Fri 10am - 8pm, Sat 9am - 8pm, Sun 9am - 5pm.
• School holiday hours: Mon - Thu 9am - 7pm, Fri 9am - 8pm, Sat 9am - 6pm, Sun 9am - 5pm.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Aug 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• Bookings must be made by adults aged 18+.
• Voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable once booked with Jump In: Aberdeen.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 5 per person. 
• Suitable for ages 4+. Under 13s must be supervised by an adult.
• Duration approx. 2hrs 
• Please wear comfortable loose clothing; jewellery is not permitted. Jump socks must be worn; jumpers can bring their own or purchase on arrival for £3 per pair. Staff may request to inspect non-Jump In socks.
• All participants must complete a waiver. Under 18s must have the waiver completed by a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult aged 18+. Once your session is booked you will receive a confirmation email with a link to complete the waiver.
• Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your allotted time slot.
• Max weight is 20st/280lbs/127kg.
• Wheelchair access to venue available.  
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
