• Voucher is valid until Sat 31 Oct 2026, Fri - Sat; subject to availability. 
• Treatments are available 9am - 4pm.
• Afternoon tea is available 12noon - 4pm.
• Leisure access is available 10am - 4pm.
• Excludes Sun - Thu.
• Phone bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Wed 30 Sep 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Back to back bookings can be arranged for two people.
• Treatments are suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. Excluding massage. 
• Treatments are not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 60mins in total.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Includes afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
