My partner and I went to the distillery for a date, and it was excellent.
The only downside being that the venue is a bit tricky to get to.The gins are so nice, and you get to taste a bunch of them!
I really appreciated being asked what mixer I have with my gin, right at the start, because I don't drink tonic and ofter it's assumed everyone does.
I've been on gin distillery tours before but still learned new things.
The cocktail we had at the end was delicious and I will be trying to recreate it! -

It is a superb tour. The owners who run the tour are so very helpful, informative and made the tour a lot of fun. I was not drinking on this occasion as I got a driver ticket but my friend was and there was a very good selection of Gins and Tonics. Alyson described what was in them and suggested the best tonics for them and kept us laughing with her little quips. Ross gave us the actual tour and explained the whole process.
I have been to other Gin Tours but I really learned on this one as Ross demoed it all so well. I would certainly recommend this tour and will go back.
