Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Aug 2024 until Thu 21 Nov 2024, Sun - Thu 12noon - 9pm, Fri - Sat 12noon - 3pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 14 Nov 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 3 vouchers per table.
• Includes choice each of any pizza, carbonara, mac & cheese, pollo Milanese pasta OR spicy Italian sausage pasta; menu subject to change.
• Option 2: Includes starter or dessert each.
• A supplementary charge of £3 is required per person for wild mushroom, black truffle & beef short rib pasta dishes; payable directly to restaurant. 
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Option 2: Includes a glass of house wine, Prosecco, bottle of beer or soft drink each.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted until 10pm.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
