Small print

• Voucher is valid until Thur 13 Dec 2018, Sun – Thur; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Fridays, Saturdays and 12 – 19 Oct 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 29 Nov 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Vouchers cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable once booking is made.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am.
• Double Lux Wigwam; mattresses are included.
• Please note own bedding, cups, crockery and cutlery must be brought with you.
• WiFi is available in most areas and is free of charge.
• Electricity meter accepts £1 coins. Showers cost 20p per 5 minutes.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Mains Farm Wigwams; max of 3 vouchers.
• Max of 2 children ages 15 and under included in the overall headcount. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
  
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £6 per night; payable directly to Mains Farm Wigwams.
• No stag, hen or large groups of adults and noise to be kept to a minimum after 10pm.
• Wood for camp fires is available to buy onsite; please note wood cutting equipment is not permitted onsite.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
