• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Dec 2025 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, 10am - 6pm; subject to availability. Options for Mon - Thu or Fri - Sun spa days can be viewed at check-out.
• Excludes 24-26, 31 Dec 2025, 1-2 Jan, 14 Feb & 15 Mar 2026. 
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 10 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Telephone bookings only.
• Once booked with spa, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16's only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding if advised at time of booking.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission as long as it's been 12 months since their last treatment.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 55 minutes.
• Includes access to the leisure facilities for up to 4 hours and robe and slipper hire.
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
