Rasul treatment
- Rasul is an ancient Arabic cleansing bathing ritual that uses mineral-rich mud, heat and steam for amazing exfoliating and cleansing benefits
- You'll start by self-applying mineral rich muds, before reclining to relax in the aroma infused steam, letting the detoxifying muds work their magic to leave your skin beautifully soft
- After 20 minutes the steam chamber will release a flow of warm water onto its ceramic seats, softening the mud as well as coaxing toxins to leave the body, leaving your skin silky smooth and nourished and your mind refreshed!

- Classic Caesar salad with gem lettuce, anchovies, parmesan, croutons and Caesar dressing
- Sandwich with choice of filling: egg mayonnaise, ham & mustard, coronation chicken or tuna mayonnaise
- Baked potato with choice of filling, served with salad leaves and coleslaw: chilli con carne, tuna mayonnaise, cream cheese & onion or chicken tikka masala

- Once booked with spa, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
- Over 16’s only.
- Max of 4 people permitted to use the Rasul at once.
- Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or cancer sufferers/those in remission.
- Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
- Treatment duration: approx. 30mins; please note Rasul treatment is self-applied.
- Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
- Includes robes, slippers and access to leisure facilities: 20m swimming pool, sauna, steam room, ice fountain, experience shower and relaxation areas.
- Lunch options: Includes 2 course lunch. Choice of salads, sandwiches, or baked potatoes and dessert; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available.

Warm welcome , very polite and helpful staff, spa facilities are clean and modern. Lovely comfortable loungers around pool area. Hotel provided robes and slippers& towels during our spa experience
Rasul treatment was lovely, left feeling relaxed and super soft skin.
Lunch was lovely and relaxed. I had tikka baked potato, gorgeous!!! And the sticky toffee pudding was Devine ❤️

Lovely treatments. Didn’t feel rushed. Treatments were done by Taylor and were excellent. Lunch wasn’t included in our package however we had a light lunch there and it was really very nice and freshly prepared. Staff very professional in the restaurant too
