• Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Nov 2025 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, Mon - Thu 3pm - 11pm, Fri 11am - 5pm, Sun 11am - 11pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Saturdays, 24-26, 31 Dec 2025 & 1 - 4 Jan 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult over 18. No under 18s permitted after 8pm.
• Includes 1 OR 2 hour karaoke room hire. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
