- Heirloom beetroots in Pedro Ximenez dressing, goats curd, smoked apple jelly, jamon Iberico and sunflower seed pesto
- Marinated sea bream, pickled cucumber, avocado purée, grapefruit gel and avruga caviar
Main Dishes:
- North Sea cod baked in lime & seaweed butter, creamed salsify tagliatelle, rainbow chard, Winter truffle, potato beignets and vermouth velouté
- Sage roasted guinea fowl supreme, chestnut mushrooms, parsnip purée, pearl onions and puy lentil & pancetta velouté
Dessert Dishes:
- Hot coconut & Madagascan vanilla soufflé with mango & cashew nut sorbet
- Dark chocolate ganache, coffee & chocolate crèmeux, mascarpone & marsala mousse and coffee ice cream

- Loch Duart salmon pastrami, pickled mouli, cauliflower purée, avruga caviar and lightly curried clam vinaigrette
Main Dishes:
- Shetland sea trout baked in lime & seaweed butter, poached sea leeks, scarlet elf cap mushrooms, Winter truffle, potato beignets and leek velouté
- 12 hour braised featherblade of aged Scotch beef, crisp bone marrow, king oyster mushrooms, piccolo parsnip, pearl onions and red wine sauce
Dessert Dishes:
- Delice of Edinburgh bean-to-bar 50% Guatemala milk chocolate, coffee & chocolate crèmeux, mascarpone & marsala mousse and Baileys ice cream

- Dinner: Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr until Fri 29 May 2026, Tue - Fri 6pm - 9pm. Excludes Sat - Mon.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Vouchers must be booked by Fri 22 May 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

We had lovely welcome drink in the lounge with olives, then a chance to browse the menu. There was a choice of 2 starters, 2 intermediate, 2 mains and 2 deserts as well as cheese board. To our delight we were also given appetisers and petite fours. Everything’s was knowledgeably described and a taste sensation. It felt like being on masterchef! It was delicious and we would definitely recommend and will certainly return.

Fantastic afternoon spent at The Peat Inn enjoying a truly amazing 4 course lunch. The staff were all very knowledgeable, attentive, friendly and professional - each one was an absolute asset to the Peat Inn.
The food was sublime from beginning to end, with tastes we had never before experienced. The cocktails were not bad either!
We had a wonderful time and will definitely return.
