- Voucher is valid from Tue 6 Jan 2026 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, Tue - Thu 11am - 4pm; subject to availability.
- Excludes Fri - Mon.
- Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- Email bookings only.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
- Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
- Over 16s only. Under 18's must be supervised by a legal guardian.
- Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
- Treatment is not recommended during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
- Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa.
- Treatment duration: approx. 45mins.
- Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
- No wheelchair access available.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
- Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
