Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Jun until Wed 30 Sep 2026, Mon - Thu 4pm - 6.30pm, Fri - Sat 4pm - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays.
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Mon 24 Aug 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings must clearly state your voucher code and type. Bookings made outwith your voucher validity times will not be accepted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Max of 1 voucher per table. 
• Includes pizza or pasta each from a set menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Gluten / wheat free pasta available. Gluten / wheat free pizzas & starters are not available.
• 2 course options: Includes a starter each from a set menu.
• Drink options: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
