It's difficult to find anything to improve. It's a very welcoming place, especially on a stormy day! The lounge, complete with honesty bar is SO comfortable. Carrie and her team looked after us really well. The breakfasts are amazing. There is nice artwork throughout the building and some lovely quirky furnishings.

The location is great as is the friendly, helpful staff that cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast was very good and the only thing that would make if even better would be to have the opportunity to have a bar meal in the evening,
