Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 9 Aug until Fri 31 Oct 2025, Mon & Wed - Sun 9.30am and 2pm; session times are dependent on weather and tides; subject to availability.

• Excludes Tue.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Oct 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 28 days of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 12+. 
• Duration approx. 3 hrs. Time on water and rocks is approx. 2hrs.
• Please arrive 20 minutes before your session.
• Max of 16 people per group/activity. 
• Please bring a towel, sun screen, lunch & water and wear a swimming costume for under your wetsuit.
• Weather dependent. If weather is deemed unsafe the experience will be rescheduled. 
• Meeting point: Hedderwick Hill Stables, By Belhaven, Dunbar, EH42 1X.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
