Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 9 Oct until Wed 30 Dec 2026, Sun - Thu 5pm - 9pm, Fri - Sat 12noon - 2pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 24-26 Dec 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 23 Dec 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Max 2 vouchers per table.
• Choice of pizza or pasta from the all day menu; subject to change. 
• A supplementary charge is required for linguine, reginette and truffle pizza. 
• Option 2: Includes a tableside tiramisu each.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes a glass of wine each.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Tables required back after 2hrs.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
