Small print

• Voucher is valid Thu 2 Oct 2025 until Sat 28 Feb 2026, Sun - Mon & Wed - Thu 3pm - 9pm, Fri - Sat 2:30pm-5:30pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Tue, 1, 8, 16 Nov, 24-26 & 31 Dec 2025, 1-2 Jan & 14 Feb 2026. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Feb 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone bookings only.  Must quote itison when booking. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.  
• Max of 2 vouchers / 4 people per table. 
• Valid on food from the main menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Table required back after 1.5hours. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted until 8pm.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
