• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr until Sat 27 Jun 2026, Mon - Wed 5pm - 8pm, Thu 12noon - 8pm, Fri 12noon - 5pm, Sat 12noon - 2pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays.
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 19 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Max of 2 vouchers per table. 
• Voucher spend is valid on food only; menu is subject to change. Excludes drinks menu and any other offers.
• Vegetarian and vegan options are available.
• Voucher must be used in full. No change will be given.
• Table required back after 2 hours. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
