• Voucher is valid until Wed 31 Jul; subject to availability.
• Option 1: Valid Mon - Fri, 10am - 7pm. Excludes Sat - Sun.
• Option 2: Valid Sat - Sun, 10am - 7pm. Excludes Mon - Fri.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 Jul 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 6 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa. 
• Includes 60min leisure access. Please note that this must be taken before treatments.
• Treatment duration: approx. 50mins total including consultation. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
