• Voucher is valid from Fri 28 Nov until Wed 24 Dec 2025, Sun-Thu 12noon - 4pm and Fri-Sat 12noon - 2pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 5, 7 & 12 Dec 2025.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48hrs in advance and by Mon 22 Dec 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Please note a discretionary charge of 12.5% is applied for parties of 6 or more.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 3 vouchers per table.
• Festive afternoon tea only: menu subject to change.
• A supplementary charge is required per person to upgrade your coffee to a latte, cappuccino, or flat white; payable directly to restaurant.
• Vegetarian and vegan options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Option 2: Includes a choice of Eden Mill Love gin and tonic or pint of Cruzcampo beer each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Option 3: Includes a bottle of Prosecco to share. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1 hour 30 mins.

• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
