• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr until Tue 30 Jun 2026, 7 days, 3pm - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 4-5 Apr & 20-21 Jun 2026. 
• Telephone bookings only. Voucher must be booked 24hrs in advance and by Tue 23 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Includes afternoon tea each; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Option 2: Includes a glass of fizz each; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Wheelchair access available. Please note there are no disabled facilities.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
