• Voucher is valid from Sat 3 Jan 2026 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, Tue - Wed & Fri 9am - 6pm, Thu 9am - 8:30pm, Sat 9am - 5:30pm, Sun 9am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mon.
• A £5pp supplement applies to Saturday and Sunday bookings; payable direct.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; max 2 people per group.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Includes two treatments, 2hrs access to spa facilities, robe and toiletries. Treatment duration: approx. 50 mins (1 x 30 min treatment & 1 x 20 min hand massage).
• Treatment can be extended for a supplementary charge of £20pp; please discuss at time of booking.
• Includes 10% off any products purchased on the day of your booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• No children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
