Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr until Mon 22 Jun 2026, Mon -  Thu 10am - 7pm, Fri - Sun 10am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Fri - Sun bookings; payable directly.
• Telephone bookings only. Voucher must be booked by  Mon 8 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group on set days; subject to availability. Please discuss directly. 2 people can be taken at one time on any day.
• Your choice of two treatments from: collagen eye treatment, holistic taster facial, oriental head massage and back, neck and shoulder massage.
• Treatment duration: approx. 25mins per treatment.
• Treatment is not suitable during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions; please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Leisure access can be added for a supplementary charge of £15pp Mon - Sat; payable directly. Leisure access unavailable Sundays.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
