You and a partner can tuck into a veritable feast with Tapa’s Taste of Spain dinner. Featuring two starters, two tapas each, four sides to share and a dessert, as well as a glass of Cava each, a bottle of Rioja to share and coffee to finish you’ll be truly spoiled.
- Home baked sour dough bread served with a trio of homemade dips- olive oil & balsamic vinegar, beetroot hummus & a manchego cheese infused pesto
- Spanish Gordal olives
- Boneless chicken thighs slowly baked in an almond and Soberano brandy-enriched sauce
- Salad of lightly floured, crispy squid, dusted in spicy paprika and tossed with a garlic & herb infused olive oil, radish & fresh chilli
- Warm goats’ cheese with caramelized muscovado sugar served with a peach aioli & adorned with crushed pistachio & fresh chilli
- Croquettes of Iberian black pig cheeks with an apple sauce made from apples caramelized in a 30 year old Vintage Pedro Ximenez Sherry
- Aubergine crisps drizzled with honey
- Fresh green leaf with tomato & cucumber salad, tossed with a capirete vinagre de jerez vinaigrette
- Crisp, red rooster potatoes topped with a spicy tomato salsa & aioli

A supplementary charge of £2 each is required per person for the following; vernado, secreto, vieiras, ceviche and presa £3.50; payable directly to restaurant.

We had a voucher for a set menu at Tapa and have to say it was great value . There was plenty of choice and the sharing platter was very good. Also have to mention the staff were very attentive so all in all a great experience.
